And They Win

I won't get my hopes up--my eternal pessimism won't let me--but that was a nice game. It was so great to be able to watch the last two minutes and not worry about whether they would be able to hang on long enough to win. I really miss that.

Two In A Row

The Wings have won the last two games and I didn't watch either of them. I have them on DVR, but am not sure when I'll get the chance to catch up--or if I want to. (I SHOULD search for Baby Boy's goal, but will NOT search for his big-time screw up in today's game.) I've read the recaps and the live blogs, so I think I'm pretty much up to speed on what happened. If my NOT watching can keep them winning, then I'll stay away from the games for the rest of the year AND the playoffs. :D

That's More Like It

Tonight's game was a bit more like we all know the team can play. It was nice to see them get another decisive win--not enough of those this year. Lidstrom FINALLY got a goal--something he needed badly-- and it was good to see Z get one. While most of the guys are playing much better, it is always especially nice for me to see my Baby Boy get points--and he did very nicely assisting on two goals. Now if this gets them rolling, all will be good.

And they are now in eighth place in the West!*
